We will meet with you to talk about the ideal combination of services based on the problems you are facing. Because our team is trained in a variety of different approaches, and with the range of services we offer, we are able to customize our outpatient treatment to optimize effectiveness. One size doesn’t fit all, so we will work with you to create a plan that supports your goals.
Phases are determined by the level of support needed to achieve your goals:
Intensive Phase: When you have tried to stop drinking or using drugs unsuccessfully this phase is tailored to give you the support needed to stop. This phase is a time of great change for the recovering person. During this period, the individual is recuperating from any effects of withdrawal and learn how to avoid drinking or using “one day at a time”. The individual sends their substance use disorder into remission and learns how to live from day to day without the use of drugs or alcohol.
Early Recovery: In this phase, the individual learns to accept that their use of substances are keeping them from having the life they desire In early recovery, they learn to work through their feelings of guilt, shame and remorse, and they become capable of coping with problems without resorting to substance use.
Recovery Management Phase: Throughout the phases our team is working with family members, helping the individual to build a support group, and a life free of drugs and alcohol.
